Women’s full power and Mens/Womens push/pull start 12/6/24 Lifters meeting starts at 8:00 A.M. 1st flight of squats start at 9:00 A.M.

Early weigh-in for women’s full power and push/pull will be on 12/5/24 starting at 9:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. Evening weigh-ins will be held from 3:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M.

No weigh-ins will be held on 12/6/24 for women’s full power and push/pull.

Men’s full power will start 12/7/24. Lifters meeting will begin at 8:00 A.M. 1st flight of squats start at 9:00 A.M.
